Initial Blog unit 8

Hello Professor and Class. Throughout this course, I have found the visualization and meditation practices to be the best for mental fitness for me personally. I especially like visualization practices because I noticed benefits from this exercise immediately and this was an easy exercise for me to stay focused on. Like I mentioned in another post, I felt that I could especially do the visualization practice by just having a nice surrounding in my home and at work.

    I chose the same exercises. I think visualization is a good tool to use when you are trying to accomplish goals. Being able to visualize results and see yourself doing different things motivates people to want to do more.
